Isn’t it a totally blessed relief to know that God completely loves you???
Sometimes I think we have to remind ourselves though, because the enemy wants us to forget God’s love. God knows our deepest desires, foolish decisions, crazy thoughts, struggles, and all our inadequacies. In fact, God even has all the dirt on us; but yet—He still loves us! If I knew every deed or thought of those I love—I believe I’d really struggle to love even the most beloved person in my life—wouldn’t you? Our love is very limited and conditional.
So, why does God love us unconditionally?
God loves us—not because of who we ARE, or who we AREN’T—but because of Who HE IS. HE never changes! Let that sink in. God loved us when our spirit was dead and incapable of loving Him. The Bible says:
“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).”
(Ephesians 2:4-5)
God, by His love, purchased our redemption from sin. When we accept His gift of salvation, He makes our spirit alive so we can experience His supernatural love. We belong to Him and—NOTHING can separate us from His love!
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
(Romans 8:38-39)
Dear God, how amazing!
When we are a child of God, nothing we do or don’t do, can separate us from His love. If we had a friend who loved us like that, we would be a complete FOOL to ignore that person, and to not show our love and appreciation—right??? Our love for God is demonstrated through our obedience to His commands. His commands are simple:
“Love God with all your heart, soul and mind, and love others as you love yourself.”
(Mark 12:30-31)
Remember, God loves us NOT because of who we are, but because of Who HE IS; thus, to love LIKE Him, we must allow Him to transform us! When God is the greatest love of my life, I am transformed by His presence. HE is my greatest need. HE fills me with His love. God is our greatest source of love and when we have Him—we have the love of a lifetime!
It is impossible to be filled with God’s love and—not share it.

True, sad we at times try to take everything on ourselves and tend to forget we have a loving, forgiving God! when we pray we need to remember to thank God for all he has done for us, then pray for others, and I pray for the whole world, the I pray for his help and Thine Will be done! God is Always there for us! ( Thank you Lord)
Yes, thank the LORD!
