To a large degree, my job involves solving people’s problems…all day long! So it’s often difficult for me to stay in the habit of allowing GOD to solve my problems. But I have discovered a priceless truth— when we are living in God’s presence, we don’t have to figure everything out on our own. The only thing we need to REMEMBER is to ask Him for help. It’s only hard for me to allow God to solve my problems when I fail to keep Him at the center of my life. Ah, but my friend, when GOD is at the center, my life is what my son would call “lit.” 🙃
God’s Spirit of wisdom, revelation, and knowledge WILL enlighten us and enable us to—not only look at problems differently—but also to let HIM solve them HIS way.
Indeed, we can pray as Paul the Apostle:
“…that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes of your understanding being ENLIGHTENED; that you may KNOW what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of His POWER toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places…”
Ephesians 1:17-20
When we are constantly renewing our soul in God’s presence, we open our mind up to the wisdom of His Spirit.
The Bible promises:
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”
James 1:5
God has a solution for EVERY problem which will arise today. Draw close to Him. Ask Him. He WILL provide you HIS wisdom to light your path. It’s always an adventure. It’s nearly always not how you thought it would be—but it’s always better.
God speaks His wisdom into the problems of those who passionately pursue His presence.
