These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoFaithStrong mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “App”) operated by Malachi Productions Unlimited, L.L.C. (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using GoFaithStrong, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use GoFaithStrong. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
To access certain features of GoFaithStrong, you must create an account using your name and email address. You are responsible for:

GoFaithStrong offers both free and premium features.
Free Features are available to all registered users at no cost and include daily weekday devotionals and one personal journaling notebook.
Premium Features require a paid subscription and include unlimited journaling notebooks, guided journal prompts, guided prayer prompts, advanced goal tracking, daily and weekly planners, expanded prayer tracking, and community sharing features.
GoFaithStrong Premium is offered as a monthly subscription at $14.99 per month.
Free Trial: New users receive a 30-day free trial of GoFaithStrong Premium. No credit card is required to begin the trial. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew at $14.99 per month unless canceled before the renewal date.
Billing: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use GoFaithStrong only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose of faith-based personal growth and life planning. You agree not to:
GoFaithStrong allows you to create and store personal content such as journal entries, prayer lists, notes, and goals (“User Content”). You retain ownership of all User Content you create.
By using the App, you grant Malachi Productions Unlimited, L.L.C. a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the App’s features to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
GoFaithStrong includes optional features that allow you to share content with a trusted circle or the broader GoFaithStrong community. When using these features, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove shared content and restrict community access for users who violate these standards.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, the App, or Malachi Productions Unlimited, L.L.C.
Upon termination, your access to the App and any premium features will cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@gofaithstrong.com.
All content, features, and functionality within GoFaithStrong — including but not limited to devotionals, design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Malachi Productions Unlimited, L.L.C. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.
GoFaithStrong is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The devotionals, prayer prompts, journal prompts, and other content within the App are intended for personal spiritual encouragement and are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Malachi Productions Unlimited, L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GoFaithStrong shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of GoFaithStrong, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at info@gofaithstrong.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or through the courts of Pulaski County, State of Missouri, at the election of the party bringing the claim. These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with venue exclusively in Pulaski County, Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
