“My Father’s World” look for it on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, Pandora, and iHeartRadio

In a world that often feels overwhelmed by chaos and uncertainty, My Father’s World is a gentle reminder that God is sovereign and ever-present. This beloved hymn, reimagined with tender vocals and rich instrumentation, invites listeners to pause and reflect on the beauty of creation and the peace found in God’s control.

This project would not have been possible without the incredible talents and hearts behind the music. Special thanks to Hannah McLarty, Maddie Brecheisen, Charlie and Piper Francis, and Karen Wiggins for lending their beautiful voices. We’re also grateful to Linsay Kovach, not only for her lovely vocal contribution but for leading the children’s choir with such grace and care. Jonathan Lea brought depth and warmth with his cello performance, Nicole Abram added lyrical elegance on flute, and John McLarty enriched the arrangement with his guitar accompaniment.

A heartfelt thank you to Jacob Paul and Inside Out Studios for their excellent work in producing this track with sensitivity and skill. Tracy V created the cover artwork that perfectly captures the heart of the song, and Grace Edwards contributed a photo that adds visual beauty to this release.

Of course none of this would be possible without the support of our law office team—Alicia, Stephanie, Ericka, Marilyn and Terry!

May My Father’s World be a balm to your spirit and a reminder that, no matter the storms around us, our Creator holds all things together.

lyrics

VERSE 1

This is my Fahter’s World,
And to my list’ning ears
All nature sings, and round me rings
The music of the spheres.

This is my Fahter’s World!
I rest me in the thought
Of rocks and trees, of skies and seas—
His hand the wonders wrought.

VERSE 2

This is my Father’s World—
The birds their carols raise,
The morning light, the lilies white,
Declare its Maker’s praise,
This is my Father’s World!
He Shines in all that’s fair;
In the rustling grass I hear Him pass—
He speaks to me ev’rywhere.

VERSE 3

This is my Father’s World—
O let me ne’er forget
That tho’ the wrong seems oft so strong,
God is the Ruler yet.
This is my Father’s World!
The battle is not done;
Jesus who died shall be satisfied,
And earth and heav’n be one.

Jesus who died shall be satisfied
And earth and heav’n be one.
